APPLE SPINACH SALAD

APPLE SPINACH SALAD another great spinach salad recipe to try...nice one !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bunch Romaine lettuce
  • 1 lb. fresh spinach
  • 1/2 c. cashew nuts
  • 2 tart Granny Smith apples, diced and unskinned
DRESSING:
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. salad oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Toss together the Romaine lettuce, spinach, cashew nuts and apples. Mix dressing ingredients. Add enough dressing to salad to coat. The spinach salad recipe is ready to serve ... enjoy it !
