CANTONESE SPINACH SALAD RECIPE
SPINACH SALAD RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Salad:
- 2 bunches spinach, washed and trimmed
- 1 can drained bean sprouts
- 1 can drained sliced water chestnuts
- 2-3 sliced cooked eggs
- 4-5 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 chunked sweet onion (small)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Blend all dressing ingredients well in a blender. Toss salad ingredients with dressing just before serving....Enjoy the Spinach salad !
